Concierge
In buildings with a concierge desk, Urbana makes it super easy to get in touch with the concierge-on-duty. For buildings without one, our Virtual Concierge can answer your queries and guide you to the right place.
Visitor parking
Forget about maintaining parking logs and registers. With a few taps on their phone, residents can record visitor vehicle info, extend parking sessions and even save frequent guests. To assist, the Concierge can do the same on their dashboard. ​
Notices
Sticking notices in the lobby? Are we still doing this? With Urbana, the manager adds a notice and it's instantly available to every resident, with a push notification if active. Expiration dates, "action required" labels and more can be set for each notice. ​
Packages
Know exactly when a package was received for you, along with other delivery info. Then pick it up and sign right there in your smartphone. Done.

Away from home? No worries. In a few taps, you can ask the concierge to hold the package or release it to a designated friend.
P2P Rent & Share
Rent practically anything, anytime to people in your building. Have something you own that your neighbours can use and return? Like a tripod, a toolkit or a tandem bike.
